This week, challenge yourself to set a short-term goal that can be accomplished by the end of the week. Write it down and put it in a place (or in many places) where you can see it daily. Some examples are: I will move my body for 10 minutes each day; I will drink 8 glasses of water each day; I will tell myself I love myself first thing each morning while looking in the mirror.

Focus on this one particular goal this week. Check off each day on a calendar that your goal is accomplished, or put up a note that said "I met my goal today!" At the end of the week you will be proud to see that you have set a goal and accomplished it.
