Just came back from Jazzercise (40 min) and water aerobics (60 min). Yikes!! The instructors in BOTH classes worked us today...lol!

Monday:
I power walked for 35 min on my lunch
20 min walk with my daughter after dinner
3 sets of push ups and 15 min of leg excercises (squats, leg abduction, and side kicks).

I will post Tuesdays later tonight or tomorrow.

I did 50 minutes on the stationary bike. I also got my pedometer in the mail today, and wore it starting around 3:30 pm. I'm pretty excited about it. I'm not sure how to record it on the fitness tracker page, so I'm just marking it in the special notes section. Anybody have another way of recording it?

I love this challenge idid 45mins on the ellipt 60mins on the TM bike for 30mins did some strength training i also try to do some hulahoop about 15mins,

Walked/ ran 3 miles yesterday. Walked/ran 3 miles this morning. Went to bootcamp class for 60 minutes (includes cardio & weights - focused on arms today). BURN THAT FAT, BABY!

I did 40 minutes on the elliptical this morning. Also went to my 75 min. Total Body workout. Worked with 8 lbs weights today (total 16!!!) Stayed up with the class, but was pushing on those last few reps (3 sets of 12).
Also, played the first game of the soccer season on Saturday.

I joined Body Blast at my local Y- a program for intermediate/beginners/advanced fitness program for four weeks- have to workout at least 4 a week= and improve on situps, pushups,pullups,and 1 mile from the beginning stats to the end of the program- this is my four time joining...I do pretty good! I been exercising for 15 months straight now- lost 70 pounds...I encourage everyone to exercise- now it like breathing...I am running outside too- looking forward in participating in 5k soon...

Hello Team!! I hope you are ready to burn-baby-burn some fat this week!!!!!!! For our next challenge we will have a Super Fat-Blastin' Challenge!

For this challenge we will be getting in as much CARDIO and STRENGTH TRAINING as possible (without hurting ourselves, mind you). Run, walk, swim, hike, weight train, jump rope....whatever--JUST DO IT!!! Get those bodies MOVIN'!!!

Each day, come here to the CHALLENGES FORUM and post what type of exercise you did. Let's see how many exercise maniacs we have out there!!!

Are you ready?! I hope so! It's time to show the fat who's da boss!!! Don't forget to eat healthy and try to stay within your calorie range. Oh--and drink plenty of water!!!! (PLEASE don't drink an excessive amount of water at one time!! It is not healthy to do so.)

I hope to hear (see) some good results this week. Good luck everyone!
