I might be late to realize this but, the SparkPeople week starts SUNDAYS?

I don't log in on weekends and I jogged yesterday (Sunday). When I looked at my weekly total it was low.

Can someone clarify please? THANKS! emoticon

I like Fiber One. And not sure about fiber, but Grape Nuts has a lot of iron in it.

Im really getting good at balancing everything except for fiber.. does anyone have any suggestions for adding fiber in my meals?
I especially would like to have a breakfest with lots of fiber in it if anyone can help out :)

My big food shop is on Wednesday and i'll be stocking up with lots of healthy and hopefuly tasty food for my family and me. No more chocolate or crisps. Friday's will be treat day, but it wont be an excuse to go mad. lol

I re-did my kitchen before I joined to help this go along easier.. that way the only thing to grab and eat is healthy stuff!

When I went shopping, well... before I did... I searched around on here actually for some recipies to replace the foods that I love. That way I don't miss them cause I found something better!

STARTING MEASURMENTS 7/13/08:
Waist: 38 in.
Hips: 42 in.
Neck: 12.5 in.

CURRENT MEASURMENTS 7/20/08
Waist: 37 in.
Hips: 40.5 in.
Neck: 12.5 in.

Go check out Shay's new thread... its all about the points this week. :) She's in charge of challenges, so check for a new one each week in a new thread... it should have a sticky so it will always be in the same place each time a new one is created.
