Thanks Elizabeth - I got on the heating pad a few times yesterday, and I think it is much better. Your exercise is inspiring. I'm going to start my HIIT program when I get back, and looking forward to it!!

Good for you Elizabeth!!

My exercise was getting a massage. It helped while I was on the table. Later on, still a really bad aching back. Left side only. I really don't know what I did to tweak it like that, and I hate that it feels so bad right before my trip. I am usually never sick... I haven't been sick in over a year or two so I really dislike not feeling well.

So heating pads, no exercise except stretching right now, and crossing my fingers that it gets better soon.

They are tough Karen, I'm not sure I will be able to do it, but I might look up a training plan and see how I do. Its been 6 or 7 years since I did my last one. But....I am also 10 lbs lighter so that should be in my favour.

Wow Elizabeth - 10K is great!

I did one half marathon several years ago. It was really tough!!

So I really admire you!

Very happy yesterday....did a 10Km run!

I would very much like to do a half-marathon sometime. I have done 2 in the past. I don't know if I can muster up all that training but it is on my brain for next summer. We'll see.

Today I did a Chalene Extreme workout.....like a strength workout and then a 20 minute core workout.

I'm saving it for next week. I have had a boarder for the last 3 months - I thought she was gone but she came back and it's very disruptive to me and my plans. She has an apartment on the 1st of November, so I am hoping she's all out by then and I can start. My gym is upstairs where she is living, and I don't like to disturb her. I don't want to start then stop - so I'm definitely going to start next Monday.

How was the HIIT workout Karen? Sounds like a good routine for sure.

Today I opted to do a strength type workout with bands. Its a Turbofire Lower body band workout for 20 minutes and then a 10 minute abs workout.

Tomorrow starts a new HIIT routine. M-W-F. About 15 minutes of hard core exercise, then 30 minutes of slow cardio. It's a 12 week routine. I like to give myself different types of exercise now and then... I haven't done this one for years. Should be fun.

Today was my last day of boot camp. I do not think I'll renew - too much getting up and down off the floor for me. It makes me dizzy... and then I can't start with the next exercise.

However I love Tabata and HIIT. So I'm definitely going to keep those up!!

Today I did 40 minutes of strength using bands. Actually a workout called High and Tight. emoticon Mostly lower body. And then a 10 minute abs workout.

8Km run yesterday on a cold and windy day! However....not as bad as it sounds. Dh dropped me off and I ran home with the wind at my back. Had a great run emoticon

Another 30 minute boot camp - today and yesterday. So sore from yesterday - 25 rounds of 5 burpees, 10 squats, and 10 mountain climbers.

Today was 3 round of 8 different exercises. Upper body strong.

I am doing a 30 minute boot camp at 6 am. Definitely fasted. Then I come home and have coffee, sometimes coffee with cream and collagen.

I've been doing it for 2 weeks now - I have a 5 week test package. Then I'll see if I can get up on my own to exercise at my own house. I have plenty of equipment and a room dedicated to exercise, but I haven't been going which I why I signed up for the boot camp. If I can't get up on my own, I'll probably continue the boot camp.

I am doing 18/6 most days.

Good Morning IF Ladies...(it is morning where I am anyhow :))
So what was/is your exercise for today?
Was it done fasted or fed?
Share :)

Mine will be a RPM class tonight and it will be done fasted. I am currently trying out OMAD with about 22:2 ratio. I teach group fitness...mornings I have no problems working out fasted but evenings I wasn't so sure about but so far it has been great! I eat when I get home from class..have a nice cup of tea and start my fast again.
