Well, no responses so I think I'll just set myself a personal challenge and if anyone wants to come along for the ride feel free :-)

**Fitness Challenge
I am a horrible multi-tasker. I'm always trying to do way too many things at once and, as a result, I am always finding excuses to skip workouts. So, for August I am challenging myself to workout 30 total minutes each day but in 2 or 3 mini-workouts instead of 1 big time block.

--30 minutes each day in 2x15 min or 3x10 min sessions

**Food Challenge
Why is it that I always make poor lunch choices? Sometimes I skip lunch because I'm too busy, sometimes I grab fast food while running errands, but on rare occasions I do actually plan ahead and bring a lunch with me. Since my DF makes me breakfast and--most of the time--dinner every day, lunch is really the only meal that I'm responsible for on my own. So, this month I challenge myself to plan ahead for lunch during the work week! It doesn't matter if I pack a lunch or plan to meet a friend at a good café with *healthy* options, so long as I have a plan for lunch instead of just letting it happen.

--Plan lunch instead of just letting it happen. Pack a lunch, set a timer, and stick with it!

So...does anyone know if there are any challenges in the wind for August? I could probably come up with something but don't want to step on anyone's toes :-)
