I stopped keeping track here...but am excited about dry July.
I went down to the race in town- the half marathon. It is brutally hot!
Anyhow although I ran it last year I deferred to next summer and one of my goal is to beat my first time and be in great shape for it next summer

I di d not do too badly.. will check posts..for June
DH bought a bottle of red I plan on having later and then July begins!

To be honest.. I think I made the right decision for this year about race. It was just too much pressure...

And my DS and his GF have ben here...and cheese has been around... CHEESE! And some vegan ice cram and drinks..so I am bloated emoticon

I'm starting a little 100 days of Good habits-
6/21-9/29 IF I drink it can only be 1. I'm going to a wedding in August.. so I don't know- 1 at a wedding seems like it would be harder than none...

Anyway- might blog not sure.... Starting with whitet tea or peppermint tea instead of coffee.
And a few other things- simple ones and more like nudging than deprivation or being too hard on myself.

I could/might try to do 100 days AF. That would mean Dry July.

Yes same here - when I drink I eat more and I don't workout. The added stress has me ballooned back up and I feel terrible and it's so much harder to get off... Praying things will settle down soon.

Just came back from my sons wedding that was out of town. I gained back the 10 pounds i lost. Im trying again in June

I had 19 days AF in may so pretty proud about that.
Going on vacation in less than 2 weeks. I know that I will be drinking then but will try to keep it under control.

Sorry I'm a day late posting this - I had gum surgery yesterday and was not on the computer at all.

My goal for JUNE is to be completely AF! As a matter of fact, my intention is to be AF until my birthday and beyond as I strive to reach another 100 Days (or more). Today is day 272 of my 365 Day Experiment and I have 203 days AF. In the year of 2017 I reached 263 Days AF and would like to beat that in this experiment and in this year for 2018!!

I have 93 days until my 52nd Birthday and my goal was to live my 51st year of life mostly sober and that's what I'm going to do! I also hope to be closer to my healthy weight by then!
