Got all my water in yesterday, moving dusty books. Yeah!

Daily points:

*Drink your 8 glasses of water~~~5 points/day
*Track your food intake~~~10 pts/day
*Eat a minimum of 3 fruits/veggies a day~~~5 pts/day
*Read SP articles~~~5 pts each
5 *Huddle~~~5 pts a day
*Post on someone's blog or Spark page to encourage them~~~10 pts each
10 *Post in the exercise tag thread with your daily exercise~~~10 points a day
*Post in the exercise tag 4 times in a calendar week for an extra 10 points each week.

everytime my boy visits home, I gain a little---aaaaugh!

Well, I'm ready to roll again (gee, am I talking before I start or starting to move again? lol). I'll start marking points and exercise starting tomorrow! I have 3 weeks til a wedding attendance. This marshmallow stage won't do! emoticon

Hope you've maintained while you were gone. :)

Hey Ladies,

Sorry I have been MIA. Things got kinda crazy around here and I just let sparking go, but I realize now how much I need to be here, really be here. So I would like to jump in the mix, if I may. How long is this challenge running for? How's everybody doing?? I've missed being here.

me too, shawna. I haven't gotten rid of my christmas weight yet. AAAAAugh.

I seem to get overwhelmed trying to tally up points, so I am just going to try to post everyday on the tag thread, and track my food, and exercise. But just the accountability and being back in touch with you guys should get me back in the groove---I hope.

Today--St Patty's Day emoticon -- is a great reminder that spring and summer are right around the corner. Eek! emoticon

Time to get ready to bare those arms and wear summer shirts and maybe even shorts. Eek (for me anyway! lol) emoticon

So, time to begin that prep work, in case you've let things slide or just because it's fun doing it together! This challenge runs from today to May 1st.

One time points:
*Post in the 'summer at my place' thread for 25 points. Let's set the mood for summer and some urgency here! :) emoticon
