No one's doing any pampering?! Are we all just givers here or what? :)

A couple weeks ago I splurged at the big markdown at Bath and Bodyworks. Got a couple shower gels and a cream. I never do that! Tomorrow I'm going out with my mom!! I love time with just her--and I'm away from the kids, too. That's my pamper for this week. 25 pts!

Oh, I'm going to buy the King Arthur flour cookbook for myself as a reward for sticking with it this month. 20 pts!

1) Blog on your progress again! 25 pts

2) Midway! Take your measurements and compare to when you started. Lose any inches? Let us know the good news! (There's a thread just for that!) If you didn't measure when we started, take your measurements now. You'll be glad at month end when you see where you are! 25 pts for a loss.

3) Pamper yourself sometime in the next week. Time to reward yourself for hanging in there and working hard to accomplish your goal. Make it a good non-food prize. Save that dark chocolate bar for next month. emoticon Post in this thread. 25 pts.

4) Along those lines, have you planned a reward for yourself at the end of the month? What will that be? You need something to look forward to, and a reason to keep on when some days are hard! Post in this thread. 20 pts.

This thread will then have ways to pamper ourselves and ways to reward ourselves!
