Hi ladies! I have been thinking of running a spring challenge to get our bodies moving but I can't decide what kind to do! So I was wondering, what kind of push do you need to help with your weightloss and fitness efforts?

Would you like to do something related to cardio, strength training, or food? Or maybe something that two of them? Or maybe you have your own great idea for a challenge that you would like to share?

Got married May 30th, 2009!
