Congrats on making it to our cardio goal yet again girls! Keep it up for October!

And we were SO close for our water goal - we can do it this month for sure!

You know whats funny? I always drink more than 8 glasses a day...but I don't track them!! I should be punished!!! emoticon

We're having no problem reaching our 3000 minutes of cardio a month, so I increased the goal to 5000 minutes a month. We did it in August, so let's do it again in September!

We're also continuing a couple of our previous challenges this month:

90 minutes of cardio a week: we didn't reach our 3000 minute goal in either July or August! We can do this ladies! If you aren't signed up for tracking this goal, please sign up and help us reach it for September.

8 glasses of water a day: this was a new goal I added this month, and only 6 of us are tracking it for our team! Don't forget that water is good for your skin - a great reason for tracking this goal with us.

I know it's not quite September yet, but let's start getting our minds set for reaching our monthly goals!

I added a couple of links for you ladies that I find helpful. On our main team page, go to the bottom for "Leader Selected Favorites". Here I've linked to 12 tips for getting your 8 glasses a day, to help keep you ladies hydrated!

I've also linked to the 7-day Bootcamp Workout. The first workout is cardio but the other 6 are strength training, and help to target upper body, core and lower body. The videos are all about 10 minutes - easy to fit into your day!
