It's a new month! All of us Buff Brides should try to beat our number of strength training minutes from last month, since we didn't make it to our goal of 3000 minutes in July!

Got married May 30th, 2009!

I loved this challenge, but I went on vacation and I am going to take a break from tracking until August. I hope to be up for another one.

This is great, but a little too much for me to keep up with so I will just still post to the team goals on both cause I do a lot and its eaiser for me, but GOOD LUCK to everyone else!

I know it is the middle of July, but I think we can totally do this challenge!!

I'm so proud of this team for doing so much cardio!!!! We already met the 3000 min mark!!

So I thought that starting today, we can log in here the mins of cardio and strength training we do every week.

The person that does get the most cardio and strength training will be the Buff Brides Challenge winner!

So the challenge is to do 90 mins of cardio and 90 mins of strength training every week.

Here is the example to follow for the rest of the month:

7/20 Cardio: mins Strength training: mins
7/27 Cardio: mins Strength training: mins
