I added another challenge: drink those 8 glasses of water a day! It's so good for you!

Having trouble getting them? I drink one glass every morning with my breakfast, even if I also have coffee. Then I use a reusable water bottle - it holds the equivalent to 3 glasses of water - and take it with me to work every day. I make sure I drink all of it by the end of my shift! So that's already half my water for the day, and then I make sure I get the other half while I'm home and it's not so hard.

Also, remember an 8 ounce glass isn't that large! Many people think they have to drink 8 large glasses of water, but not so!

I added some challenges to our group. For you newbies to spark people all you do is click the link to the right of the challenges. After that you just log in how much cardio and strength training you have accomplished.


I added the following so far:

90 mins of cardio a week &
90 mins of strength training a week.
If you have anything to add or suggest feel free to drop me a line!!
