Good morning exile peeps. Hope you all have a wonderful day. Today I plan on doing Jillian Michaels last chance workout and core and lower pilates. I am also tracking everything I eat. I haven't tracked in months which is my weightloss hasn't been what it should be.

I got voted off but I at least had a loss this week and my Dallas Mavs won. I couldn't get out and walk, it's just way too hot and I don't want the baby out in the hot/bad air. Oh well though, still gonna keep at it!

Also, I lost 2 inches in my waist and 2.5 in my hips! Have only lost 3lbs but I guess I'm building muscle!

Today I managed to get in a 47 minute walk as well as 60 minutes on the wii fit. I am looking forward to spending tomorrow with my husband and daughter possibly at the zoo.
