With November upon us, it is the unofficial beginning of the holiday season. Thanksgiving and Christmas are holidays that often lead to overeating and it is not uncommon to throw healthy eating and exercise out the door for 2 months and just figure we will get healthy again on January 1st with everyone else!

It may be unrealistic to LOSE weight during the holiday season (although not impossible by any means). But wouldn't it be awesome to burn off all the calories for your Thanksgiving meal before you even sat down to the table that day????

It lists a lot of the common Thanksgiving foods and how many calories they contain.

In this challenge you need to record the amount of calories you burned and which food you erased. This is only from exercise calories not calories you burn on a daily basis doing normal activities. (Walking counts if it is part of your exercise routine and/or if you wear a HRM, Fitbit or other device.) You may erase as many or as few items per day as you choose. Once you "erase" a food, put in under the erased section and put the date that you "erased" it. Some items may take more than a day. If you work your way through the list, keep going and seeing how many servings of each food you can erase!
