THANK YOU FOR SUGGESTING THIS! i think this is a stellar idea and you are awesome for inspiring so many of us to set a goal we'll individually (but together be) striving to reach. i sure hope i dont disappoint. Best of luck to all of us! We can do this!!

8/1: 120 minutes

8/3: Rest Day SUNDAY! ^_^

8/6: 140 minutes booyah! i am dead beat lol

8/9: 120 minutes (more walking than running :( but went to swim in the ocean rather than pool today so yay!)

8/11: 120 minutes (ATE AN ENTIRE RUFFLES BAG BY MYSELF!! UGH!! i didnt even notice it was all gone cause i was watching tv. i gotta pay attention than eat mindlessly :( sorry, body)
8/12: 120 minutes (i learned the dolphin swim today ^^ hihi so fun!)

8/14: 120 minutes (no swim for me, i haz my period. *sniff* see you soon pool!)

For this challenge, you are seeing how many fitness minutes you can get in during August. Remember, you are not competing against anyone else, just yourself.

First, copy and paste the template below onto a new post. (You can make your own template too! This one seems to work well for many people, but if you don't like it feel free to do your own thing)

Second, decide how many minutes you think you can do during August (then maybe add a few more minutes to that total to challenge yourself)

Third, come back whenever you can to update the minutes you have completed. Instead of making a whole new post, you can just go to your 1st one and hit edit. I usually try to come back everyday to update, but there are many days I can't make it so I just update when I can.

Finally, when August is over I'll hand out virtual goodies on your wall. (I can't post a Goodie to your wall unless your setting allow me to see it, but I would love some more friends if you want to friend me)
