Just highlight the part that you want to copy and put your cursor over the highlighter part and click the right button on your mouse. (Not the left one that you use to click most things) A menu will come up and click on copy. Then just go to your post and right click again this time choosing paste. It should have copied everything.

Since summer will be over before we know it, emoticon I thought of a challenge to help everyone finish their summer with good habits to carry into the Fall. There are four things to do every week (drink 8 glasses of water, exercise, eating 5 servings of freggies, and go outside for at least 10 minutes) Give yourself one point for each item that you complete. Also there will be a bonus item each week worth 10 points if you complete it. You can cut and paste from the template is below:
