Love a challenge! The only points come from strength training? Not sure if I got that right. I am a few days late but I will push to catch up. Good luck everyone!

1) CARDIO COMP. - Keep track of your cardio minutes daily (anything that raises your heart rate - so if you count walking it has to be a BRISK walk, etc.).

2) FREGGIES COMP - Keep track of your fruit and veggie servings daily.

3) WATER COMP - Keep track of daily ounces consumed.

4) STRENGTH TRAINING COMP - 1 point for every body part worked daily

Hi everyone and welcome to our Parents of Preschoolers Olympics! Do you have what it takes to medal?

There will be several competitions over the next week. You may participate in one or all.

1) CARDIO COMP. - Keep track of your cardio minutes daily (anything that raises your heart rate - so if you count walking it has to be a BRISK walk, etc.).

2) FREGGIES COMP - Keep track of your fruit and veggie servings daily.

3) WATER COMP - Keep track of daily ounces consumed.

4) STRENGTH TRAINING COMP - 1 point for every body part worked daily

At the end of the week, tally your score. The top 3 score getters in each category will receive the appropriate medals. There will also be “All Around” medals for those who participate in each category and score in the top 3.

Copy and paste the following Template into a new post and edit it daily. If you choose not to participate in any specific category, you can just write n/a in it.
