If you're experiencing pain that is keeping you from doing the activities you love, it sounds like a trip to the doctor's office is a good idea! Have you gone to see your doctor yet?

Hi ladies!

Most of my exercise lately has been pretty low-impact, one of my favorite types of exercise is yoga. I am surprised each time at how strong my body is. I can stretch and bend in ways I never thought possible and it feels amazing. However, every other day or so after exercise I get intense pain in my ovaries - mainly the left one. I do not have an enlarged cyst that I know of and the pain does not last a long time as if I had one either. Does anyone else experience this? If so, have you found that maybe you were over stressing your body, or did you change your exercise routine? This is so frustrating! I do not want to stop exercising and I won't but I have limited how active I am because of it. I have a non-narcotic pain medication I thought about taking before hand or afterwards but if I'm doing something that could cause injury I really don't want to do that.
