i'm in New York and all auto shops are required to take the jugs of used anti freeze. if you have a national chain like pep-boys. they may take it no matter what your state laws are. before it was law in new york we had special days that you could drop off at the town hall or local fire department. whatever you do, get the used material into jugs right away. it has a sweet smell and taste and animals (especially dogs) love to drink it. they usually die within a few hours

I'd like to flush the radiator in my car myself, but I don't know what I'd do with the drained toxic water. Any information?
