Good for you! Slow is way better than stagnant! I am curious what is DOMS? Is it anything thing like Uncle George is visiting? Which what we always call our monthly visitor. lol.

Congrats! I have W1D2 tomorrow morning and I'm hoping my DOMS will be gone or better by then! I run pretty slow too!

I first did C25K in 2012 for a local race. I had since pretty much stopped running. I decided to do it again figuring it would be a breeze...the laugh is on me...its hard! But I am taking it one week at a time.... with rewards for completion! I am not horribly fast I walk at 3 mph and run at 4 mph. I am only 5'1' and am mostly torso, so I figure its partially short legs, and also being out of shape and in my upper 40's. But I will persevere. I figure I am lapping the people still on the couch....lol. What speeds are you running and walking at?
