Another option is to put in your total distance and total time and let the tracker deal with the rest of it. :)

first, as long as you track it the "details" of it shouldn't matter. I know, easier said than done as I too like those details LOL

BUT, I have found that by "mapping your route" has been the most accurate. Even more so than the spark Tracker I believe. Under your fitness tracker you will see "map your routes" fill it out and save to the day, you can even name it if you want (walk with hubby, day 2 C25, whatever)

Hi all I was doing the c25k about three years ago and am just about to start again. The biggest problem I had before was tracking my walks/runs. If I track it as a walk the speed and distance don't add up. If I track it at a run the speed isn't right. How do you track it. I used to just manually put it in and think I will do the same again this time but just wondering if there is a better way?
