Keep us posted! It took me 12 weeks to complete the program originally!!
Some days are better than others but remember, whatever week you're doing, is better than sitting on your arse!!

I've repeated the same week twice! I got off track but I knew I couldn't move onto week five without repeating week 4. See how you feel and if it is too hard, just move back a few days. Good luck!!

I had tried to pick up where I left off (20 minute run) a week or so ago and just couldn't stick with it. So yesterday after work I decided to just go back to W1D1 and ease into things and see how I did. Boy am I glad I went back. I guess I didn't realize how out of shape I had gotten. I'm better than I was the first time around though!! No shin or ankle pain, just mild leg soreness.

Well, I'm back on the program. Wish me luck!!

I think I would try to figure out how much you may have lost by attempting where you left off. I don't know how long the break was or how sedintary the break was, but if it was just the training itself you took a break from and not cardio, you may be okay starting where you left off. Welcome back though.

How long was the break, if more than a couple weeks i would drop back a week or two. If it is easy then look at going forward. If it is hard you can go back further.

So I'm returning after a long break from the C25K program and I was wondering if people start back at Week 1 or pickup where they left off. I stopped after finishing Week 5 Day 3. Should I repeat Week 5, try to move forward with Week 6 or back to the beginning or somewhere else in the program.

So lost!
