I've lost 15 pounds since I started C25K on Jan 7, but I'm also making better food choices. I believe that I am losing more with C25K than I would have without it (walking, zumba, wii just dance...). I'm on week 6 day 3 and I am enjoying the feeling of being able to keep up with the program while I'm losing weight!

I keep losing and regaining 1.5lbs but the odd thing is I have lost slightly over 1 inch on my waist. So even though the scale isn't moving downwards, I am lovin my jeans fitting looser.

Following the Golden Rules:
1. Eat when I am hungry
2. Eat what I want
3.Eat consciously
4.Stop when I am full.

My last weigh-in, I'd lost 1lb and the 2 weigh-ins prior, I hadn't lost any. I had just completed week 2 of C25K, but I was also watching what I ate, etc. So it wasn't exclusively the training that made me lose, but it had to have played a part.

I am on week four and have lost several pounds, but in combination with making better food choices.

I have not lost weight. Yet! I quit smoking 2 1/2 months ago an I have NOT gained weight. That makes me very happy. I feel like I have much more energy and I feel leaner. I need to better control my intake to really start seeing the pounds come off! I mess up a week of progress in 1day!!

I'm hoping to lose weight with the training! I figure it is exercise and I haven't been used to burst of cardio. I can tell my muscles are starting to firm up a bit which is a fabulous feeling.

I lost weight, but then I was already losing from all the changes I made through SP.
I do believe running has helped me to keep going though. It's exercise after all, and exercise burns calories, which is the key to losing.

One of my trainers at my gym told me while she was training for a 5k she didn't really lose weight so I was wondering how did you guys do with that?
