I am measuring the whole 31 minute distance: 1.8 miles. I think I would have like a 55 minute 5k at this point if I walked the rest of the way. .

I worked a lot harder and still only got 1.8 miles on week 3, so I'm just going to move on to week 4. Not bad!

finished day 1 of week 2 yesterday, my feet are a little tired on top but I enjoyed it--I am jogging very slowly so I only finish 1.8 miles in the whole 31 minutes working on endurance first maybe speed someday

I did the last day of Week 2 and almost ran 2 miles. I see that week three looks like a big jump in effort, so I am going to do week 2 again and see if I can get more endurance built up before tackling week 3.
