I have tried this program a few times and love it but something always gets me off track so here I am starting again. Anyone care to join me? I do water aerobics on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays, so I am "running" on Friday, Sunday, and Monday, at least for now. I'll see how it goes and perhaps switch one of my runs to Wednesday instead of water aerobics.
