Yep - I agree a day of rest between runs really helps to prevent injury. emoticon

Great job!! But, I would recommend that you do your next run tomorrow. It's best to do the plan with at least one day of rest between runs, especially when you're just starting emoticon

I've started and stopped the Couch to 5k many times. I've never made it to Week 2. Well yesterday I finished Week 2 Day 1. It was hard and my leg was BURNING but I pushed through it and got it done. Gonna do Day 2 today.
