Ok I bombed this challenge--not one day! BUT I still have the same goal--I'm starting a new job in a week and it's essential that I get my days and nights back in place. I'll be doing quite a bit of driving to commute and I'll be on my feet most of the day, so sleep is necessary! LOL Thanks for bringing this to the front of my brain though!!!

New recipe cooked today was Soy and Garlic Grilled Pork Chops. A very nice recipe for a marinade and only 178 cal per serving.

Day 3 - I had tomato juice with my breakfast and late lunch of veggie soup w/ carrots, potatoes, celery, tomatoes, peas, corn and green beans. My snack will be the rest of my cantaloupe (this one was really good!!).

Grrrrrr I have my days and nights so mixed up! Last night I went to bed at 10:30 pm but was awake--wide awake--by 3 am and playing on the computer. And here it is, 4:55 AM, and I haven't even gone to bed yet.

Tuesday: Cooked another new recipe today. Tried the Parmesan Dijon Chicken. It wasn't too bad. DH didn't like it but the DS's and I did, so it is a dinner when DH has to work out of town.

I am so late but I wanted to post anyway :-) I juiced my veggies because I didnt have time to cook antyhing for all of the running I did. I juiced 2 Cups of Grapes, a bunch of Parsley, 8 stalks of celery, and a whole salad bag of spinach. This is great for those of us who are on the run alot...Invest in a juicer today Team Texas ! :-)

Hah, hah, hah! It's a LOT more fun flossing your teeth while you're watching the Olympics. In the bathroom it seems to take forever and is kinda painful. But doing it while watching the Olympics was a breeze. I should have figured out a way to make it FUN instead of such a chore YEARS AGO!

Well, I am starting tomorrow. I hope that's ok. I just couldn't do it yesterday or today. But tomorrow I am doing sit-ups. I'm not adding a number goal because I haven't done sit-ups for years. I figure it like this, a start is a start! emoticon

I'm in. I am going to do the recipes. I have been trying to find different ways to make the same meats not taste the same while still keeping the calories low. I was in a real slump with cooking the same things and my DH and DS's I know had to be getting tired of it. So I am trying to spice up our meals.

I too am going to do the tracking food. I've been so bad at eating lately that the weight I spent the last two months getting off has returned :(

I'm going to do the tracking food. I have been tracking for 5 years now, but have been "incomplete" in tracking lately. Forget to track after lunch or whatever.

I will track my food - I had been doing a great job of tracking my food but slacked off as I added a 6 am MWF exercise class to my schedule. I lost my time mgt skills but I want to get back to tracking my food. It makes a difference.

For 3 days I pledge to eat 5 freggies a day...starting monday....and hopefully in the process, making it a: Change one habit, as in; eat 5 freggies everyday,from NOT eating 5 freggies a day, killing two challenge points in one, and maxing out on the frigging freggies forever!!!
