I know I only swim in general if the water is warm, so thank goodness I live in South Africa or I would probably never swim. Our weather is really good.

Ok so rest last night, no exercise Keep it up MH we can do this

I always enjoy going to the beach. But I go when it is warm. lol

Great job on the exercises last night. WAY TO GO!!

Thank next week will be great on the scale I know it. I have been moving alot this week so far.

February is almost over. I am 2# from my monthly weight goal. Not to bad but we will see Monday how Feb really did.

Thanks MH, beach was awesome, I am definately going back there, its also quiet hardly any people, so you can really relax. We collected some beautiful shells which the Brownies are going to use to decorate jewellry boxes for Mothers day in May. Tried to take some pics but guess what batteries were flat so no pics. Have to charge them for Friday, we are having our Thinking Day ceremony and enrolling 3 Teddies and 2 Brownies and 1 Guider
OK so exercise 40 minutes last night emoticon

Sorry about the sucky weekend MH, I am sure the scale will be kinder this week. My DH is totally bummed he only lost 1Lb this week, the same as me emoticon

Been playing the Wii Fit. Don't burn to much calories but it sure is fun.

We got our GS Cookies this past weekend and hoping to get and deliver by end of this week.

Kanga - sounds like you had a GREAT time at the beach. Just think of all those calories your burning. Way to go.

My weekend SUCKED!! I am not weighing in this week beacuse I am always up when it is that time of the month so I just skip the weigh in and get bummed cuz I forget and step on the scale in the AM and see a number I don't want to.

FRIDAY - 30 min Water Jogging
SATURDAY took the Brownies and Guides to the beach. Noone told me there were 186 steps down to the beach. Yes 186 I counted them coming up again. Then a 3km beach hike. My calf muscles are killing me
SUNDAY - 30 min water jogging. Wanted to do 45 but DH was having a hissy fit so I cut down to 30
Today I have to burn 400 cal so will try for the 45min in the pool.
How was everyone's weekend?

Didn't make it to work yesterday so I did my 30 min with Mia and then I played like for an hour and a half on the Wii Fit. My rump is sore today. I'm suprised too since I workout every day almost. you wouldn't think I would notice. Oh well something was working out while I was playing.

Good job Kanga. Keep up the good work.

Hey MHUTTON, well done on quitting smoking, I did mt water jogging again this morning 30 minutes and I stayed well within my calories last night so I am feeling good.
COME ON WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I skiped yesterday but going to get it in today. I don't want to see the scale go up again. I have been doing so good this month. I quit smoking 9 days ago and I really find myself wanting to eat something when I want to have a smoke. It is getting better but cravings are still there. When I want to eat I have grapes or a 100 cal snack. So far so good.

I got the scale and I am bummed. I never had a good weight from the start. So unfortunatly now I weigh 159.2# again. UGH!!! emoticon

Monday 30min Water Jogging, tried to swim as well but was never a good swimmer, managed 75m try for 100m tonight
Lets go team!!!!

Did you get the new scale MHUTTON? Did it make a difference? I wieghed yesterday and stayed the same.

I didn't do to good this weekend. Had a little party with bad foods (I know better) for the Bud Shootout. Then Sunday was really irritable and hubby was really getting on my nerves. Anyway enough exuses.

I went to weigh in on the normal scale I do and it said I gained 4#. emoticon I don't think so. I am going to go and get a good scale from the store after our GS meeting today. What a bummer. I feel gloomy now.

I got my 15 min workout in tonight. Couldn't get the 30 min in though. I will try again tomorrow. I have goal 15 min tomorrow but since I didn't get the 30 in I will do it tomorrow.

Today is Sunday it is almost over but I got 15 min of my Wii Fitness Coach in. I will get 15 more tomorrow since I have GS tomorrow night and we don't get home til late.
