I hit a plateau at the beginning of the month and was stuck at 165. I weighed in yesterday and finally dropped to 163.2. :)

Have you tried mixing your meals around eg:- Lunch at Breakfast and cereal for dinner, thats what they suggest at Weighless and apparently it works. Please let us know how it goes.

Since my last post around 9/22, I am down 4.8 lbs. That brings my total loss since July to 17.4 lbs. I'm very excited about that. I pulled a shirt from the closet today that was tight last time I wore it, now it's too big.

I'm a little worried about cooler weather coming and hoping that I can continue my workouts or find some indoor alternatives.

I'm new to this group and want to jump in to the weigh-in post! Girlscoutpower....ditto from me EXACTLY... I was down to 157 at my low & the other day stepped on & was up to 173!! Weird..exact #s! Anyway, I feel terrible. We moved recently and I stopped walking & I think - no I know - that is what put the weight back on me. Getting back on track now

Hello all -

In short I was down to 157 in April this year. Then I started getting back issues and it hurt too bad to do stuff and stopped exercising, starting eating like a pig and before I knew it - I was at 173 (hadn't seen the 170's for 3 years!!)

After a serious of doctor appts, assessments, etc I have found exercise and a renewed effort for myself to get back on track. I am going to weigh in on Mondays. Already down to 170.3. I have a cruise in Feb to get ready for need to get these 13 pounds off and then about 15 more before I go!

I am new to this group. I am starting out at 162# this week. I log my food every day but Sat and Sun. My computer at home is really slow and old. Waiting for it to croak actually. This weekend we are going to go out and pick up a new one. YIPPEE!!!

I won't be exercising today until the girls go to bed since we have our GS meeting tonight. We won't be home until 8:30 and the girls will be getting ready for bed and then I will be able to have me time.

I am holding steady as well been at the same place for the past 3 weeks. Not going up though, that is a good thing. Also, noticing that my clothes are fitting better. I've actually been able to buy end of summer clearance items in a smaller size. I've stopped tracking my meals, but am still working out regularly.

I'm really tired of this crap. I'm back up to 174.6 after being down to 171.8 last week :(. I had one really salty meal on Friday and that did it to me :(. Oh well, live and learn right? Still down almost 50 lbs from last year, so that's a good thing.

I weighed in last Friday, but forgot to post. Down about 2 lbs. Haven't posted for a couple of weeks because I wasn't seeing any changes and was a bit depressed about it. Changed up my workout routines and am seeing some real changes. I am actually looking forward to weighing in this Friday.

Unfortunately I gained 4.4 this week :( but it TOM so I know it's mostly that. Changed to WW's Core program to see if that helps with the yo-yoing. Had a great first day on Core yesterday, so I hope to do really well on it all week.

Hi. I lost 3.4 lbs this week for a total of 49.2 lbs! I actually gained 1.6 last week, so it was a new loss of 1.8, which is still great for me. I can't wait to hit 50 lbs!

Sorry, I forgot to WI here(used to just doing it on weightwatchers.com), this week I lost the 3.7 I had gained last week, so I'm back to 175.8. Going out of town to my mom's in NJ on Saturday, so I will not be able to post until late Saturday when I can get on her computer. I've got journey training from 9-12 then going right up there(MIL is meeting me with the kids). I'm excited to see my relatives I haven't seen in a couple of years(saw mom last summer when she came here, but not other relatives I'm going to see).

Well, this is the first time that I have posted here. Since I really just started using the program even though I signed up a few months ago, I weighed in last week to reset my starting point. So if you believe the scale, I am actually down 4.4 lbs! Very excited as I am also noticing a difference in how my clothes fit (also shown by decreases in my measurements). I am just hoping to keep up with the exercise and keep cutting back on how much I eat.

HI. I just joined this team today, but at my weekly WI this am, I was up 3.7 lbs :(. Fortunately for me, though, I know it was because I joined a gym last week and my muscles are probably trying to repair themselves. I took a spinning class this morning and will do my regular workouts Monday and Wendesday, so hopefully I'll see a loss next week. I only measure once a month as well.

I lost 3 lbs this week! It's the first week I buckled down, so I'm glad it was worth it!

I'm right there with you, I had to reset my starting weight, and I'm now the highest I've ever weighed. I don't want to get any higher. If I loose a lb a week I'll be at an ideal weight for me by this time next year. I guess it's time to buckle down!

Well, today I reset my beginning weight since a year ago when I started - up 2 pounds. But I also decided since my family reunion last weekend, to make a new start. I remeasured (that was a horrible shock - worse than the weight). The good news is that if I can lose a pound a week, I will be at my goal weight by Xmas. What a great Xmas present for me. So here we go, one day at a time.

Friday is my weigh-in day. I am down 0.6 lbs. That's not a whole lot, but then I have to remember two things: (1) This loss occured in a week that included a pizza buffet, 2 pieces of birthday cake, and 4 Krispy Kreme donuts, and (1) Any loss (no matter how tiny) is a step in the right direction.

And the main success ... I'm still here!
