My goals for Febuary are to be under 120, running endurance back up to 5 miles, and my big personal challenge is to eat healthy the whole month. (so far doing great)

Make the scale move down this month! Get in 1400 fitness minutes and an avg. of 15,000 daily steps. Another major goal is to have 4 family meals each week. It is getting really hard with activities and sports for the entire family to eat together every night. And of course there is the water.... 10-12 glasses daily. It is going to be a very busy month!

You've got three choices in life. Give up, give in, or give it your all.

January goals met.

February goals:
Drink lots of green tea
get 10,000 + steps per day
exercise 5 days a week
take long walks with the family on weekends
lose at least 4 lb

Not all who wander are lost.

January goals mostly done but the loss of weight. I can't seem to budge the scales in the loss direction so February is the month to move that scale.
Exercise 4-5 days a week
Drink 8-9 cups of water each day
Eat healthy
Track my food

my goals are to lose 6 lbs get back to my kinect workouts and have my brother out of my home in two weeks major major one right there
