36 Days Before 4th of July Walk Challenge

Walk inside/outside. Do what works for you.. The important part is that you are MOVING!!!! Put a check or emoticon by the date when you complete the number of miles or steps.. Change up the days if you want to, if can't walk 4 miles one day, walk 2 miles or 4000 steps and just put a check by another date with 2 miles. If you miss a day, double up the next day. Everyone will get a goodie for trying. Can't wait to get started!!! Copy the tracker and let's get started!!
