Work has been my biggest challenge. Working more days, then trying to keep up with house work on days off. Or just tired on days off, or spending time with family on days off.

I luckily managed to stay healthier this year while the bf and his son kept passing sinus, head and chest colds/infections back and forth. So I was really lucky as I usually catch whatever anyone else around me has and usually end up with it worse then them.

Here is hoping for a better year for us both in 2017!

December has been brutal with all the health issues around my house. DD has a broken foot and a concussion. DH is fighting a bad intestinal infection. My living room is no longer mine for fitness!

The Wii Fit Plus Teams Monthly Exercise Challenge will be the same in December 2016 as it has been all year. It gives you all of you more choices as to what you want to do, and how you want to do it. "Line 1" for each day you may list whatever type of exercise you did that day if you would choose to do so or you could leave it blank. "Line 2" is for you put the total exercise minutes for the day for the challenge. "Line 3" is to keep a running total for the month. So log all your exercise minutes for each day for all your different types of exercise: Wii Fit Plus, Wii Zumba, Wii Dance, Wii walk it out, Wii sports, Wii resort, Wii whatever, dog walking, running, jogging, hiking, house work, treadmill, yard work, gardening, Dancing, etc., etc. You donít have to worry about doing all the logging each day if you are busy, just come in to the thread and log when it is convenient for you. And at the end of each Month the team member with the most time spent on the Challenge will win a Team Spark Goodie. And everyone that joins us in the challenge will receive at least one Spark Goodie just for joining us, or even just for posting in the Challenge thread. If there is just a hand full of us doing the challenge again like it has been, then I might just send out Team goodies to the top 3-5, or maybe even to all of you, depending on how many joined in and how many spark points are available to send out to the team from the team. But you will all get at least one just for posting in the thread. To join in just click on the link below to go to the thread. And copy the below part where you can track daily for the month. And click to reply to the thread and then paste this copied part in as your msg. Then each time you want to add you tracking for the days, just click to edit your original post and make the needed changes and then click to save and post it.
