Sorry i post this in the wrong challenge area and dont know how to delete it sorry. I just joined yesterday so i started mine today. So this is my Day 1 Tuesday work out.

This was such a great way to get me back to using my Wii Fit Plus! I started the P90X program last week and hadn't even turned my Wii on... I missed it but the thought of doing more workouts seemed crazy - but 15 Minutes? I can do that! (In reality - many of the days this week took me a little longer than that - but it was still completely doable!)

Next week I will start on Monday instead of Sunday I think? We'll see...

Question: what is the easiest way to log in the challenge exercises on SP? I don't even care if it logs calories burned if I could just log "assorted Wii-fit" and the minutes and perhaps an average calorie burn. What do the rest of you do?

Wow I just had a great workout. I did 30 Minutes on the Adanced Step then 6 minutes on the Advanced Hulu hoop, then 12 minutes on the basic run.

Then Day 2 exercise
Warrior - 80 points
Rythym Boxing - 233 points
Tree - 74 points
Balance Bridge - 100
Table Tilt - 60 points
Single-Leg Extension - 75 points
Sun Salutation - 90 points

Then completed with a biggerst looser challenge for 26 minutes.

My routine will be a Monday thru Friday one so this is how I started this week:


DAY 1
Downward Facing Dog..60
Jackknife..100
Obstacle Course..87 a little too scared of falling
Tricep Extensions..unlocked 20 reps
Half-Moon...84
Palm Tree...76
Deep Breathing...76

It took about 30 minutes to find them all and put them together and to write them down as you go. My fit bank said 18 minutes.
I will do Tuesday's routine at 5:00 am to get it down before I get dressed for work.

This was great! I hadn't been on my Wii Fit Plus for 12 days so this was fun (and proved I should be more consistent with some of the yoga poses!)

DAY 1
Downward Facing Dog - 90 pts
Jackknife (30reps) - 100 pts
Obstacle Course - (Adv) 354 pts
Tricep Extensions (w/weights) - 20 reps
Half-Moon - 89 pts
Palm Tree - 75 pts
Deep Breathing - 98 pts

I would like to do the challenge to exercise 5 days but do I have to do the ones listed because I am not familiar with many of those. I am at the walking, strength training, and biking stage. I also bowl etc.

I'm in! How do you get those numbers? I know when you do the obstacle course you get a score, but when I do my triceps, they are apart of my favorites.

If It is for me, it is meant to be.

How did you know that I needed this extra push / motivation? Well, I am excited about this and I can do 15 minutes. WOO HOO!! I have written it down and I will be starting Day 1 today. Today is a good day.
