Bigbabymamma by all means join us...the goal is for 2 miles a day five days a week or anyway you can get 10 miles a week and then we will slowly increase that

Is it ok if I join in? I usually use my Wii twice a day, using the free step. Is it ok if I count my steps and calculate the miles?

Inside me lives a skinny woman crying to get out. But I can usually shut her up with cookies :-).

I am just using my Body Bugg Steps, so I will take 3000 steps off for daily living, since that is about all I would get if I didn't work out. Then I will divide that by 2200 for the miles walked.

Jan 1- 11691-3000/2200 = 3.95
Jan 2- 12959-3000/2200 = 4.5
Jan 3- 11228-3000/2200 = 3.75
Jan 4- 8930-3000/2200 = 2.7
Jan 5- 10109-3000/2200 = 3.2
Jan 6- 9184-3000/2200 = 2.8
Jan 7- 9855-3000/2200 = 3.1

Week Total= 24 miles total
