Unfortunately I will be dropping out of this challenge. The doctor told me yesterday my knee is so far gone I am not even a candidate for a partial knee replacement and they don't want to do a total knee replacement for about another 5 years because of my age. He told me no weight bearing exercise. Good Luck to all and have fun.

Back on track today....Last night, did well most of the day but then went out to a rare dinner (just hubby and I) son was at a lock in sleepover at church. Ate at Applebees and had ordered The Spinach and Grilled Shrimp with Bacon Dressing (no onions or peppers). The dressing I should have ordered on the side, because it was really HEAVY!

While waiting, we ordered chips and dip (and I had planned on only having a few) but wound up eating 1/2 the basket.

Did go for a new drink there called "Skinny Bee Margarita" which is just 100 cals! Very very good, but then I ordered another....hubby and I were having such a good time talking without child chatter!

Anyway, plugging in the meals today (plus had a headache since I'm not used to the drinks) WOW! Should have thought about it more before going out.

Also, son didn't make it thru the night and I wound up picking him up at 10 (he's only 5 and even thou all of his friends were there, he just couldn't be without mom and dad) so he's still my baby!!!!

No exercise yesterday......but today did much better.

Stayed within goals, all exercise in (including the Wii Fit), and now working on the water (it is so hard to drink the stuff on the weekend!!!

30 min cardio in, upper bod workout video in but no wii board tonight.....fell asleep on the couch! Gotta get to bed!

Had some stress today, but tonight was doing some reading and came across two funny things that really made me laugh, so the stress I guess you could say was eliminated somewhat!

Tomorrow, our son goes to a church lock in and sleepover, so hubby and I might spend some well needed alone time!

Gotta get back on the Wii!!!!

Today was another good day. Actually had a valentine candy that my son left on the kitchen table and was going to open and eat it and put it back to choose a small Hershey Bliss Dark Chocolate Heart (35 cals) instead! Good choice for me. Also went to Dunkin Donuts with a friend today. I had already had lunch and she was looking for company. I had a med coffee with 1 cream and sweet & lows.....no donuts or muffins (although they looked tempting)!

Hummmm...does anyone post here any more?

Lots of snow here...Great to be off again tomorrow....son is off too. But it is hard being at home and getting the workouts, water, and nutrition in when I am not in my routine.

Ate at the diner this afternoon because we were able to get out. Had some ice cream.....was tempted. Tried to be good, also had some chips and an egg salad sandwich.

It was good, but I'm not sure if I will lose this week or not.

Made sure I got the exercise in....30 cardio, 29 on Wii, 10 min abs with Nicole....good night!

Since I am new to Wii Fit Plus, is there a way to see how many miles you've done. I did a variety of things today (just started) from obstacle course, step aerobics, yoga, lots of balance games, and some running. Total of 1 hour and 290 calories burned but can't find the amount of miles done.

I am just using my Body Bugg Steps, so I will take 3000 steps off for daily living, since that is about all I would get if I didn't work out. Then I will divide that by 2200 for the miles walked.

Week 1 Total = 24 Miles Total
Week 2 Total = 21 Miles Total
