QUESTION about squats -- I know not to have my knees go over my toes -- but my knees have still been hurting... I am thinking going to wall squats with a ball to support my back? Any thoughts??

Tuesday is my planned no exercise day. (Meetings every Tuesday evening - not home till 10 pm).

SO
Only 60 Tricep Kickbacks
32 ounces of water (this ended up giving me a headache so I am already working on my third glass this morning).

Wednesday is a strength training day - so I'll be posting later!
