How has the rest of the week gone. It was good for me. I gave my self realistic goals and I was able to complete them.

wow i've had a great couple of cardio days!
i have already been to the gym 2 times,
i ran yesterday,
and i did ab exercises today

PB Races:
5K ~ 11/25/12 ~ 31'58
10K ~ 4/28/13 ~ 67'55
Half Marathon ~ 10/20/13 ~ 2:29:52

10/14:

Treadmill - 7.35 miles- none -doesn't look like i will be able to at all this week
Walking - 125 min.- 20 min total 50/125


Daily 15 minute workout: DONE -yay
20 pushups-
25 squats
5 minutes of cardio (not running or walking)
25 calf raises

sweet anika. the more the merrier. Just be sure to post here what you do -even the days you don't follow through so you can check up on yourself at the end of the week. You will be amazed how well this works.

i love this idea! so i eager to try and be held accountable for the goals that i am setting for myself... so here goes:

gym visits - 3 times
jogging - 3 times
ab exercises - 5 times

i'll have to get my bootie in gear, because yesterday was a wash for me!
