Thanks Pamela,

I found it fairly simple to set up tracking my calcium. I'm 50+ and have all 5 of the risk factors for Osteoporosis, so it is real important to me to track this nutrient while I'm trying to reduce my caloric intake.

Okay - so you increased your cardio by 10 minutes last week - your challenge this week is to track every single bite - watch where your calories are coming from - remember, all calories are not created equal. You will feel more full with fruit than with chips! You can even track other nutrients through your nutrition tracker and follow that - be sure and keep your sodium in line - but watch your fiber too!
