Oh I am so sorry!!! I know that I don't know her but please give her my condolences, she will be in my prayers. Just take it one day at a time. God Bless And I've been doing really good with the extra 10 min & I feel better too!

I got no cardio in yesterday, but for good reason (my best friends mom killed herself Monday night). I am feeling better today, so I will try to at least get in a nice walk if nothing else. I think the fresh air will do me some good.

Getting my butt back into gear!

I was doing 20 minutes and bumped to 30 last Saturday. I am not sure what it is about those last 10 minutes that seem so hard. However, I am getting it done! To borrow a line from Alanon - "It works if you work it - and you are worth it so work it!"
