This month, my goal is to fit more exercise into my week. Right now, I rely heavily on my new eating habits for the bulk of my weight loss. I also want to set a goal of an 8lb loss for May. Good luck everyone!

I did pretty good last month but not the best. Always room for improvement.
My goals for this month are:

1. To keep up the workouts. I'm doing pretty good with the consistency but need to step it up some.
2. Attend Weight Watchers meetings every week.
3. Be more careful and consistent with my tracking.
4. To lose 5 pounds by June 1st.

May Goals?

I hope to maintain at least this month, I hope....we are going on vacation.

I hope to be mobile enough to get in 2000 steps each day.

May Goals!
1. I want to lose 15 lbs. (this is easily doable since I am so overweight)
2. I want to stick to my one soda a week rule. (last month didn't go so well)
3. I want to get at least 10 minutes of exercise everyday
4. I want to be more active again with sparkpeople. I keep leaving and coming back and I do not want to fall off the wagon again!!

The body achieves what the mind believes.

Ok ya all May is here what are your goals or challenges for this month

I want to to get under 300 lbs
I want to add more exercise in my daily activitys
I want to be more of an encourager than I have been
So let's see what ya all got planned. We got this
