emoticon Week 1 "FALL" Spooktacular BLC Mini-Challenge Starts Tues, 9/21, 1st Day of Fall and goes daily for 1 week! Easy peasy way 2 stay focused on you & your personal needs... R U in???


The "FALL" Challenge:

F - Freggies: eat 7 or more servings of fruits &/or veggies a day.

A - Activity: 15 mins a day of Exercise or Alternative Physical Activity (example, shop, housecleaning, mowing with a push mower, etc.)

L - Love Yourself: 10 mins a day (planning, organizing, tracking, learning/reading for your healthy life.)

L - Love Others: 10 mins a day connecting with others (real world talk/phone, emails/letters or Sparking :)


Earn 1 point a day for each letter you do that day.
Earn 1 Bonus point each day you accomplish all 4 letters in the word FALL.

Max 5 points/day.
Runs 7 days Tuesday 9/21 through Monday 9/27.

Max 35 points for the week.
Report all points here in your team cauldron.
Deadline to report total points you earn during the challenge: Tue 9/28, midnight your timezone.

emoticon FALL Head2Head Challenge Guidelines: for those who would ponder such things...

~ Freggies is a nickname for fruits and veggies.

~ 7 or more servings per day does not need to be piled high in a bowl and eaten all at once, you can munch these throughout the day ;)

~ Exercise & Love minutes per day do not have to be consecutive, you can break them up as you prefer each day.

~ Participation is optional, perfection is not required, and any points earned for your team cauldron will help your team total.

~ Each team has a separate Cauldron for reporting points. Points reported elsewhere or late will be excluded.

~ At the end, the team with the mostest points & the Top 3 points gatherers from each team wins Spooktacular Bragging Rights...
