For the month of November we will be challenging ourselves to walk a minimum of 30 minutes a day.

This can be done all at once in a nice walk around the neighborhood or in a mall or you can do 3 - 10 minutes mini walks at a quick pace.

The choice is up to you! Just do some walking everyday!
