I went out at 2pm and had a very enjoyable run/walk - 50 mins up hills, through woodslands, down lanes - lovely free run.

I'm in for the 30, but it will be a little later. I get up by 4:30 during the week to exercise; I "sleep in" until about 7 or so in the weekends. Have a good run!
