I haven't tried the cran-water. I drink LakeWood Organic Light Pomegranate juice with sparking water. It seems to help.
I will pick up the unsweetened cranberry juice.

I started back on my healthy eating 6 weeks ago.

Have you tried cran water? You have to use cranberry juice NOT from concentrate and water. Do not drink it straight. It is from fat flush.

I agree the chardonnay gets in the way.

I started my healtier adventure of better eating habits and exercise a couple of months ago. I just joined SP and love it!

I found this wonderful tea that has helped alot:
WU-YI Source. I can tell a difference in my waist within 1 week.

Now if I would cut out the Chardonnay - I would be in pretty good shape! Oh well - Progress, not Perfection - Right??

I haven't had a lot of time to post messages or set up my sparkpage, but I am very impressed with this site. So far, a huge motivator to me is the spark points - I hate to miss out on points because I didn't eat right or meet my goals.

I'm trying to convince myself to post a picture on my page. I hate pictures of me, I avoid them at all costs.
