i heard (or read somewhere) that if a person does something every day for 30 days they'll do it for the rest of their lives. I honestly think it's true too. I'm a very scheduled person and an overly hyper list maker lol

Hello, I'm 26 as well and highly motivated. I'm currently doing Jamie Eason's Livefit trainer and extremely focused on getting fit. Feel free to message me if you need help! Sorry about the breakup. Fortunately there isn't a better way to get over it, than by sweating it out in the gym.

Hahaha, I like the way you think! What sort of stuff are you doing for your arms? Have you seen the Spark videos for arm exercises?

Well I've technically given myself a day of rest. Yesterday all I did was a push up test. I did 26 in 1 minute and today I'm just doing strength based stuff on my arms. So it's pretty much a 2 day break.

Maybe every day isn't best. Even doing just 30 mins a day doing it EVERY DAY you'll still burn out. Give yourself a couple of rest days a week.

Well I'm hoping to make exercise a life-long thing. I want to start off slow and only do about 30 minutes monday-friday (coz I have a habit of going full pace and burning out.) I'm wanting to be more disciplined. Even if I don't feel like exercising I want to harden up and do it anyway. I'm wanting to lose about 8 kilos for now and review later. AGAIN because I tend to try for a too high goal, I give up. Also, i eventually want exercise to replace my anti-anxiety medication.

Sorry to hear about your relationship.

Do you have any goals with your exercise? Or is it purely for stress relief?

I'm 26. I've just broken up with my long-term boyfriend and am using exercise to deal with the stress. Would really love a buddy for a support.
