Sounds like me! I'm 26 and on my last few pounds... My diet needs a kick-start to get me through this last milestone.

What sort of diet plan are you thinking? I'm mainly vegetarian, but I enjoy dairy products, and seafood. I also snack all day instead of sitting down to meals, since my daily calorie intake is pretty low (with the help of a nutritionist) I usually sort out my food for the day, and just work through a little bit every couple of hours, while I carry a water bottle around.

It's hard where I'm from to stay motivated, with the rain and grey so many months of the year. Finally, it's June and the sun is just starting to tease us with it's presence. I'm looking forward to moving more into hiking and less on the gym cardio.

I'm 26 years old and have lost almost all my weight. I've hit a plateau and can't lose the last few lbs. I know that it's food related more than exercise related. Anybody want to be diet buddies?
