Hey I'm new to the site but I have always been into fitness and over the past year I have gotten really interested into eating better. I would love to be your buddy to share what I have learned and also learn from you. I have some great recipes to share as well.

My newest is this dip I made for my moms party. It is 3/4 cup natural peanut butter (skippy is the best I have ever had), 3/4 c splenda brown sugar, 3/4 c pumpkin (out of a can not the pie filling kind), and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Mix all this together and serve with apples or bananas or graham crackers. It was a big success. You can also make any cake mix diet by mixing it with diet coke and make icing with cool whip and sugar free jello pudding. Add cream cheese if making a red velvet cake. Anyway Ill share more later. Let me know if there is any types of food you really like.

Hi! I'll be your buddy. I just rejoined the site. I don't know if I really have any good recipes, but I definitely am down to give/receive support and whatnot!

I would love to meet a couple buddies to help with motivation, nutrition tips,yummy recipes, and so on. I am really making an effort to get fit/healthy and could use some support!!
