I wished I had a punching bag...that would be a great workout...and I hate the muffin top/spare tire...drives me crazy...and I hate having to wear my pants high too...it'll be a while before I get rid of mine...my baby girl done a good job stretching my tummy out...it'll take at least 6 months for my tummy to get back into shape...that's the way it was with the other two so I have a long road ahead of me...did you do the cleanse thing?..I've never done one and don't think I could..although I probably should...is that the same thing as a colon cleanse? Oh here's my 5lb goal/reward thing I made:
My Goals:
Mini Goals
145 - get my hair done
140 - pedicure
135 - new outfit
130 - facial
125 - shoes
120 - purse and wallet
Main Goal - 115
Gonna think about this one
My kids are almost 7, 5 and 10 weeks...I too want to lose weight to fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes but this time I just want to feel good and have more energy...hope your doing good...check in when you have time.

i think i am going to take you up on the jump roping idea. i also have a punching bag that i can use also. i would like for my upper body to be stronger and leaner. i think the 5lb goal is awesome. i have a gift cert for a pedi, so i may use that as my 5lb goal reward. i have never had a pedi before, so it works for me. time to myself and cheap! i want to wait for the outfit idea until i lose about 15 lbs or when my skinny clothes are to loose. i am into a 4/6 but it depends on the day. my 4s are tight and i want them to fit again, but i think i may be able to lose more this time round. i figure if the 4s fit now and i want to lose weight, like the muffin tops (the fat that hangs over the waist) that i have then i should be into a 2. even that said, i'm not about the size or what the scale says, i want to feel good. i am sorry that ur husband gets up at 4:45 in the am. that sucks. how old are your kids. if you told, i forget. mine are 16, 4 and 14months, and the young one is the one that screws me all up with a schedule. hope it gets easier as he gets older. i am going to do a liver cleanse this weekend, i lose 7 lbs the last time that i did it. are you interested in the idea? not sure if you have any health issues that would be bothered by it. enough said, have fun ttys!

internet at home is so much better than just at work...not that i have much time to get on there in the evenings...too busy with kids...I should get my hiney up in the am with my husband and work out...he gets up at 4:45 for work..but yeah right..I was trying to jog 2 miles a day but the treadmill was killing my knees...so I went to jumping rope which burns so many more calories...not sure if you would like to do that but I recommend it...I fell of the wagon for about 4 days...but I'm slowly climbing back on...sorry to hear that you were so sick for so long...but glad your better...lets set some goals for ourselves...after we lose 5 lbs we will reward ourselves with something just for us like a mani or pedi or facial or new outfit or something...I need to come up with one...when I do I'll fill you in and then we can remind each other about our rewards and mini goals...I haven't been doing the daily videos on the swimsuit bootcamp...it's too hard to do them while watching a tiny computer monitor...well i better get some work done have a great day...talk to you soon.

well, sorry rite back at ya. i am currently just looking into getting the internet at my house. i am busy at work and i hate that i have no time to check email or do anything. i have not joined the swimsuit bootcamp but fill me in i believe you gave me the link. i am also just getting over being sick, so i was done for the count for 8 days! don't catch what i got. so, my diet consisted of anything brothy and hot and i was exhausted from grocery shopping. i hate being like this, but it motivates me more because i remember when i went years without being sick cuz i worked out and took care of myself!!
i need to be me again!! so, i am going to start and jog with my son in the am and see if i can lift in the evening. i have a video from denise austin that has 5 minute muscle "toners" for all parts of the body. it is good, i will find the name out, can't think of it rite now.
infact i am at work, and patients are calling. keep in touch.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you...i would love to be ur buddy! At the moment I am trying to open my kids' eyes to healthier choices. I also joined the swimsuit bootcamp team. Did u join? It's been pretty motivating. I am about to get off here and do the workout video and my 30 minutes of cardio...what have you been doing as far as "diet" and exercise?
that would be so hard to have a spanish speaking mother in law...good luck with that...lol

i am a mom of 2 and 1/2! i have 2 boys, 4 and 14months and a 16yr old step daughter. i also have a husband, mortgage, car payment, 2 dogs, and a full time job. also i have a mother in law that only speaks spanish, i english! having limited time for myself, i choose wisely. i am choosing to do things for myself to feel better. i started a program 1-1-08 and it worked for about 3 months. i feel off the wagon and i feel like crap again. knowing that i was feeling better, i am jumping back on the wagon, but want some motivation to keep me going.
have a buddy with a similar situation may spark new ideas for me. my issue is not so much the exerise, but what i put in my mouth. think you can take me on?

Hello All,
I'm a pretty busy lady working full time at work and at home. I have 3 kids and a wonderful husband and two dogs. I want to lose 37lbs, the healthiest quickest way possible. I prefer cardio workouts versus strength workouts. I need all the support and motivation I can get cuz I'm a junk food junkie and I'm trying to break that...but it's so hard with my sweet tooth...well anyway if someone wants to be my buddy I'd be grateful.
