Challenge -- Sep 2 - 8 Labor Day Parade

Labor Day is celebrated in some countries in September (e.g., USA & Canada), while others (e.g., Ireland & Germany) celebrate in May & some October. So in honor of Labor Day and to remember workers everywhere, we will WORK IT this week.

For this week's challenge, please join me again in a Labor Day parade. We'll be together in spirit as we march away the calories on our Wii Fit.

Whether you prefer Basic, Advanced or Free Step, start stepping, stepping, stepping this week. If you have Wii Fit Plus, you can use Island Cycling for some variety with all that walking and Rhythm Parade too as that is truly fitting for this holiday week. Let us all know what you do and what your score is. I wonder who will march the farthest.

You must do at least 15 minutes each day for the challenge. Enjoy the extra cardio.


You might want to do a couple yoga poses after all the stepping to help stretch those legs. I find Sun Salutation, Downward Dog and Warrior are pretty good for this.
