Challenge: Aug 12 - 19 Summer Treats

I've heard that some people are over-indulging in typical summer treats. Now, I'm sure that none of you are doing this...right? Even so, I thought it might be time to see just how much Wii Fitting we have to do to erase some of those treats. This week, we'll exercise until we burn off enough calories to do just that.

Following are some summery treats and the number of calories that Wii Fit says they are. If you have Wii Fit Plus, go into the My Wii Fit Plus sections and create a calorie burn goal for one of these. See how long it takes to reach that goal; then pick another one. If you have the original Wii Fit, you can track the number of calories you burn (per your Wii Fit piggy bank) until you reach the goal number.

Do as many of these as you can or want this week. Maybe go for one a day. Or pick a big one and complete it in two days. That part is up to you. Let us all know how many of these goodies you burn up. And, just let me know if you need me to list more treats for you to erase.
